Brewdog - Tokyo* 18.2%

Taste: Oh man! This is delicious. It hits you like that chewing gum in Willy Wonka's Chocolate factory that lets
You Experience a 3 course meal when you chew it. The Flavours explode forth! Quite sherry like. Drunk
after one sip however. This is an awesome stout.

Appearance: Black; invisible at night.... like dark matter.

Would you buy 2: The only way this would happen is if you won the lottery and bought one for a friend.
Drinking two would be dangerous for me.

Would you buy 4: Madness... no one has the funds or the stomach for it...

Rating (out of 7): A solid six star ale... What a drink. I was so drunk at the end I wanted to give it 7 stars. But in
Cold light of day I knew better.... Now... How can I get more money for this stout???

Bloody awful. Two of us came up with cigarettes and ash tray! It's a working mans club gone wrong. Try eating scampish fries after each sip to dull the pain.

Potbelly Brewery - Redwing 4.8%

Taste: Caramel Blend. Flies would land and stick if it's smell did justice to it's tack. But it doesn't.

Pen-Lon Cottage Brewery - Stock Ram Bottled Stout 4.5%

Taste: The wooden bit surrounding a pencil.... licking a slate roof on an old farm building.... a fern growing in your mouth.... wool from a mountain grazing sheep somehow turned into a stout. All in all very earthy and honest and very good!

Appearance: You can't see through it! Not black though, a dark ruby red. Good colour for a jumper.

Would you buy two? If I was voyaging to a distant mountain, I would pack two!

Would you buy four? A little too hearty perhaps.... but then again!

Rating: A comfortable * * * * *
