Thornbridge - Kipling 5.2%

Taste: Anticlimactic cabbage. Jiff lemon. Not the real thing. Fruity, isn't it. Like the lady on the bottle. It reminds me of something.... I can't remember. It might come to me later. Hang on.... It's really, really grapefruity!!! It's obvious.

Appearance: cabbage water

Would you buy 2? When I require a grapefruit in ale form.

Would you buy 4? I might just eat a real grapefruit.

Rating (out of 7): 5. After the original disappointment we realise it's a pretty interesting ale. It's just fails to live up to the label's seven star claims.

Location:In the house now.
