Taste: Smells less like a blonde and more like weak squash. Luckily the taste is wonderful. It's hard to describe. But it can be likened to biting into a brown bread, flower sandwich. Petals, stamen. The whole shebang. Nice.
Appearance: Ghostly yellow.
Would you buy 2? I would.
