Taste: Smell of malted bread upon pouring... Uh oh. Not over conditioned again! It's really light. A little bit Malty. Certainly not as delicious as the other cheddar I drank recently. Maybe if I eat it with a hunk of Cheddar Cheese??? ... Mmm it's nice! The taste has improved considerably!
Appearance: see through amber
Would you buy 2? It's possible, with a case of extreme dehydration.
